This page tells you who actually writes the top Dholera developers lists you find in a search, and what each publisher stands to gain from the order. Five of the eight pages we found were published by a company that then appears in its own ranking, and one of the eight is ours.

No paid placement. No company can buy a position, a listing or a removal. Nothing on this site is for sale, no developer, broker or agency has paid for anything here, and no advertising is carried. Rank is computed from the public column named on this page and from nothing else.
The one question that sorts a useful list from an advertisement
Ask what the list is sorted on. A ranking is only a ranking if there is a column underneath it, and a column can be checked. None of the eight pages found in this sweep states one. They are ordered lists with no stated basis for the order, which makes the order itself the product.
The second question follows from the first: who benefits from that order. Five of these eight pages are published by a company that appears in its own ranking, and in four of those the publisher's own company is the only one named on the page. That is not a ranking of a market, it is a page about one company written in the shape of a ranking, and it will keep appearing above genuine registers because the shape is what search rewards.
The third question is the one this site tries to answer for itself. Every ranked list here names the government column it sorts on at the top of the page, prints the source document for every row, and states the date the source was read. Where a figure does not exist, the cell says so rather than being left blank or filled with a guess. Nothing is for sale, no company can pay for a position and none has been asked to.
Why one of the eight is ours, and what we did about it
One of the eight pages sits on a domain this publisher owns, and it names about 60 companies. It would have been easy to leave it out of this table. Leaving it out would also have made the table wrong, so it is in, marked, and excluded from every independent count on every page in this group. The full list of our own domains in this census is at names with only their own sources.
The same treatment is applied to the census as a whole. Appearances on our own domains never count towards a company's independent source total and never count as an appearance on a ranked list, which lowers the numbers we could otherwise have printed about roughly 60 companies. That is the correct direction for the error to run.

Every name here was copied from a page that printed it, and every government record was read from a government portal or an audited annual report. If a row about your company is wrong, or a record exists that we did not find, send the public document that shows it to corrections@dholera-group.com and it will be corrected and dated. Corrections that cite a public source are always applied. These are the terms the government documents use. Each one is expanded here because a register is unreadable if you do not already work in one, and you should not have to.
- GujRERA
- The Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority. Before a developer may advertise or sell most projects, it has to register the project with this body, which then publishes the registration on a portal anyone can search for free.
- DICDL
- Dholera Industrial City Development Limited. The government-owned company that builds the roads, water and power inside Dholera SIR and allots land to other companies. Its annual reports are audited and published, which is where the land and contract figures on this site come from.
