The whole register is downloadable as JSON and CSV, licensed CC BY 4.0, edition 4 August 2026. Two files: one row per company with its cross-register counts, and one row per underlying record with the document and page it came from. Nothing on this site exists that is not in these files.

• companies.json 39 companies, one object each, with register membership, counts, totals, first-seen date and unconfirmed-pair links

• records.json 56 underlying records, each carrying its company, its register, its status tag and its source document and page

• name the company name as the register prints it, with a leading M/s removed. Register spelling is preserved.
• registers which of RERA, LAND and WORKS name this company.
• rera_registrations, rera_units, rera_land_sq_m counts and sums from the GujRERA project register. Sums cover only the records that state a value, and rera_land_records_stating_area says how many did.
• land_records, land_hectares, land_records_without_area the allotment record. Hectares only, never converted from acres.
• works_contracts, works_value_inr_crore_sole_name, works_contracts_in_joint_venture, works_contracts_without_value the contract record. Joint-venture values are excluded from the sole-name sum because the source publishes one value for the venture.
• first_seen, first_seen_basis the earliest date any register attaches to the company. Basis is EVENT where the source dates the thing itself and DOCUMENT where it dates only the document naming it.
• unconfirmed_same_entity other entries whose names differ only by a legal suffix. Never merged.

• company, company_slug the entry this record is attached to.
• register RERA, LAND or WORKS.
• status_tag OFFICIAL where a government or statutory company document states it, REPORTED where only media states it, TARGET for a stated future goal. One record in the whole set is REPORTED and none is TARGET.
• source_document, source_page, source_url the citation. Every record has one.
• value fields null wherever the source is silent. Nulls are not filled, not interpolated and not dropped.

The four upstream datasets this site is built from carry more fields than are republished here, including verbatim source quotes for the land and contract records, which are shown on each company page.
