Not listed: why a company may be absent from this register
This register names 39 companies as at 4 August 2026. It is certainly incomplete, and the reasons are specific and knowable. Absence from this page says nothing about a company. It says something about what the Indian state has published so far.
The allottee list is not exhaustive, and says so
The DICDL annual report names four industrial allottees and then writes other prominent industrial proponents. That phrase is doing real work: there are companies holding industrial land in Dholera SIR whose names have never been published. They cannot be listed here, and their absence is a fact about the annual report, not about them.
Awards exist that no opened source names
The annual report and the corridor monitoring reports both refer to Government of India approved infrastructure packages totalling INR 2,784.83 crore for Dholera, allocated across five major projects in the activation area. No source opened breaks that total into packages with contractor names, per-package values or award dates. Those contractors exist and this register cannot name them.
Separately, the procurement portal that DICDL uses returned zero awarded rows for DICDL and zero rows for every client, which means the capture failed rather than that no awards exist.
Claims that were checked and deliberately left out
- A large road and services contract widely attributed to a national contractor is not listed. The one trade-press article opened describes a scope of work but states no contract value, no award date and no client, and no primary document was found. A figure with no primary source is not a record.
- Commercial tender aggregator sites were not used. They resell listings behind paywalls and their figures cannot be checked against a primary document.
- Marketing pages of the companies themselves were not used, in either direction.

Firms named in the annual report but not ranked
DICDL's annual reports name its statutory auditor, secretarial auditor, internal auditor and project management consultants. Those firms are real and they are named in a public document, but auditing or supervising a company is not a footprint in the region in the sense this register measures, so they sit on their own page and carry no rank. See firms named in an advisory role.
How a company gets listed
Not by asking. A company is added when a public document names it as a promoter, an allottee or a contract winner in Dholera SIR. If such a document exists and this register has missed it, send it to corrections@dholera-group.com and it will be read, cited and added. There is no fee, no form and no way to buy a place or a position.
