Ranked lists
Six lists, each ranked on one published column and nothing else, over the 39 companies in the register as at 4 August 2026. There is no combined score and no weighting, because combining unlike columns would be an opinion dressed as a number.
- Cross-register footprint 39 companies ranked
How many of the three registers name the company, then how many records it has in total. The list the whole site exists to produce. - RERA registrations 22 companies ranked
Projects registered with the Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority inside Dholera SIR, by promoter, with land area and quarterly filings alongside. - Units and plots declared to RERA 22 companies ranked
The inventory count declared on those registrations, plots for a plotted development and flats for group housing, counted separately by type. - Works contracts won 9 companies ranked
Works and service contracts awarded by DICDL, by disclosed value, with joint ventures and undisclosed values marked rather than guessed. - Land allotted with a stated area 2 companies ranked
The two holdings that carry a published area, and every other named allottee listed below the rule because no source states one. - First on file 39 companies ranked
The earliest date any of these registers attaches to the company, separating the date of an event from the date of a document.

What is deliberately not ranked
- Quarterly progress filings. The GujRERA portal publishes how many quarterly reports a project has filed against how many were due. Both numbers are shown on every company page and in the register, and they are not ranked, because a shortfall can have causes the portal does not publish and a league table would read as a verdict.
- Complaints. Public, shown, not ranked. A complaint is an allegation and the outcome is not published in a form these sources capture.
- Anything about price, yield or quality. None of these registers records any of those, so this site has nothing to say about them.
